Sony's Cinema Line Just Got a Massive Firmware Upgrade and We Have Been Sleeping on It

Sony is rolling out a sweeping firmware update across its entire Cinema Line this month. BURANO V3.0, FX6 V6.0, VENICE 2 V4.1, and FR7 V4.0 all land in May 2026 with new scan modes, anamorphic support, Blackmagic RAW, and a BIG6 monitoring interface.
